ACA's master plan for a new town in Bengbu is now ready for
approval by planners and authorities in China. Project will
be phased over a number of years starting with the new
villages. ACA will take project to detail design and
planning stage when Chinese clients will take project

ACA have been invited to consider 70 acre site in Shanghai
for residential and part commercial development. Site has
been cleared, accepting for transport depot and old hotel.
ACA will visit Shanghai shortly to finalise contracts on

ACA in conjunction with London Planning Practice recently
won planning appeal for the re-development of 3 buildings
into 9 residential units including health centre and
swimming pool. Pre contract works are under discussion and
